            various grievances and complaints raised by students, faculty or staff members within the college
            campus. Everyone is
            informed of this redressal mechanism. The primary objective of such a cell is to provide a
            transparent
            and fair platform
            for individuals to voice their concerns and seek solutions to their problems. Grievances are handled
            in
            a compassionate,
            impartial and efficient means encouraging timely resolution individual privacy and confidentiality.
